A school’s ability to equip students with critical ways of thinking and instilling social awareness, plays a crucial role in the overall development of a student. By engaging in social issues such as street-plays to raise awareness about environmental protection, sending student delegations to meet policy makers to improve waste management in the town, organizing cleaning of local neighbourhoods and visits to shelters for the destitute, and facilitating student discourse on current affairs. Pallikoodam played an important role in equipping me with the skills and values that helped me in my personal trajectory.
