Remembering Mrs. Mary Roy, Founder – On Her 2nd Death Anniversary

The Pallikoodam family- students, teachers, staff members and well-wishers of the school came together on September 2nd, 2024, to celebrate Mrs. Mary Roy’s life and legacy on her second death anniversary.The choir sang: a melodious and meaningful prayer song composed by maestro Ilayaraja, ‘Gurucharanam Naadha’.

For our new students and teachers, an LED slide presentation brought Mrs. Roy’s journey to life. From her humble beginnings to the creation of the school, her countless accomplishments and the challenges she bravely faced, inspired the new and the old generation.

The final song which the choir sang, ‘Only Remembered For What We Have Done’, emphasised the fact that we will be remembered only for the truths we have spoken, the seeds we have sown and the good deeds we have done.

Very true in Mrs Roy’s life!

The celebration concluded with a Sneha Virunnu (സ്നേഹവിരുന്ന്).
