By using screw gauge and vernier calipers they understand that even they can measure the thickness of a paper. Hydrometer allows them to check PH of water and lactometer helps to check purity of milk. . Frictional force which helps them to walk, hold things etc. is verified on an inclined plane. Resonance column helps them to identify the phenomenon of resonance and to measure the wavelength of sound.
