Personal attention: We limit the number of students to less than 500 and maintain a high teacher-to-student ratio of 1:10 to ensure that each child receives focused attention.
Future leaders of our nation: We believe in building a community of students and alumni who will be future leaders of our nation within India and outside useful to our society. They excel in various areas of professional life. To enable this, we focus on students’ passion beyond academics.
Inclusive education is an integral part of our philosophy. We urge parents, teachers, and students to accept differently-abled students as individuals with extraordinary potential and abilities. The school ensures that these students are loved and accepted for who they are. We persevere to identify their passions and ambitions. We also give scholarships from the Scholars Fund established by late Mary Roy to students from under-privileged backgrounds.
Secular outlook: We are a minority educational institution but we believe in a secular philosophy, where children are not conditioned in any particular belief either religious or political, and where personal beliefs do not encroach upon the school ethos.
Pallikoodam family: The various stakeholders of the school – students, teachers, alumni, parents and non-teaching staff – are part of a large family of Pallikoodam who work towards the best interests of everyone.
Best in rank: Pallikoodam is rated the #1 school in Kerala and 2 nd in India in the Day cum Boarding category of the CforeSchool Rankings published in Brainfeed magazine 2024.
